REPORTS TO:

News Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Anchor weekend 9 p.m. Fox newscast as part of news partnership with KSAS-TV, Fox Kansas; Report for other KSN and Fox newscasts as needed.

Assist weekend producer to ensure a clean, thorough presentation of newscasts.

Actively post stories to station Web site and social media platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent the station at community events in a professional manner.

Competency in spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Proficiency in newsroom computer systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of two years experience in television news as an anchor or reporter.

College degree in communications, journalism or related field.
