KSNW News Reporterkwheeler@ksn.comKevin Wheeler joined KSN as our Salina Bureau reporter in June 2010. In January 2011, Kevin's reporting duties shifted to KSN in Wichita. Kevin is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. Since an early age, Kevin has worked toward becoming a journalist. He’s the first one to tell that he loves uncovering facts, and like many journalist is driven by perpetual curiosity.
Kevin has spent time interning and working inside television throughout the Southeast, including WBMA in Birmingham, WTVT in Tampa, Florida, and WDAM in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. He majored in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Spanish. Kevin and is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.
In his spare time he enjoys visiting his family and friends, and finding great recipes. Kevin is glad to be a part of KSN.
