Coyote Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Serves 12
 
1 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
8 green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
    tortilla chips
 
Combine all ingredients.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Can be stored in refrigerator up to 3 days in an airtight container.
