Today's recipe comes from Don Cary at All Things BBQ

Flank Steak

Begin by removing any silver skin and trimming any excess fat from the steak.

Place flank steak in Cuz’N Buddy’s marinade for up to two hours before grilling.

Remove steak from the marinade and allow to drip dry, removing excess marinade with a paper towel.

Apply Lotta Bull Steak Seasoning liberally to both sides of the steak, now you are ready to grill.

Pre-heat your grill to 500-degrees and cook to your desired doneness.

Asparagus

Begin by trimming the asparagus, this is gone by grasping both ends of the spear and bending, it will snap at exactly the spot where tough stalk meets tender spear.

Rinse the spears and pat dry.

Apply a very thin coat of extra virgin olive oil.

Lightly apply Jack Stack’s "All Purpose Seasoning" to the spear and place it on a hot grill.

Simply roll the asparagus on the grill until it becomes tender.

Plate and serve.
