Ingredients:
4 to 6 Large Honey Crisp Apples -- Cubed with Skin On
1 Bag of Shredded Carrots
½ Bag of Shredded Coleslaw
1 Bag of Dried Sweetened Cranberries
1 Can of Praline Pecans
2 Medium Containers of Feta Cheese
2 Jars of Maries Creamy Ranch Dressing (Usually Found in the Produce Department)
Directions:
You can prepare this recipe two to three hours before serving. Cut apples in small cubes and place in large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients except salad dressing (save a few cranberries, pecans & feta cheese to dress the salad when plated). When ingredients are mixed well, add salad dressing and toss. The salad is ready to serve or you can refrigerate until ready to serve!
