Caesar Bleu Cheese Dressing (to put on top of steak)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 TSP salt
1/4 TSP pepper
1/2 garlic clove pressed
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbled
4 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS worcestershire
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Tomatoes Parmesan with Broccoli
Ingredients:
2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli (or 1 1/2 cup fresh broccoli)
2 TBS chopped onion
2 TBS butter
3/4 cup sour cream
1 TSP grated lemon rind
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan
Preparation:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Saute onion and butter until golden.
- Add with sour cream and lemon rind to broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon broccoli mixture into buttered baking dish. sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Slice tomatoes in thick slices. Salt and pepper them. Arrange tomatoes on top of broccoli mixture. Cover with parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
Grilled round steak
Ingerdients:
1 round or flank steak
2 cloves minced garlic
3 TSP salt
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire
1/4 TSP pepper
Preparation:
- Heat grill. Mash garlic with salt. add chili sauce, worcestershire and pepper and spoon over both sides of steak.
- Grill 8 minutes per side... for medium rare.
- Thinly slice steak and serve with Caesar Bleu cheese dressing.
