Today's recipe comes from Natasha Gandhi-Rue, Culinary Expert Williams Sonoma Bradley Fair.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup red or green grapes
1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
1 cup fresh spinach, washed
1/2 medium banana, peeled
1/2 apple, halved
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks, core included
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container or blender in order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Smoothies program.
3. Allow machine to complete programmed cycle.

Yield: 4 Cups
