SALINA, Kansas – A 19-year-old man is behind bars after police say he kidnapped and assaulted another teenager.
Police say the man lured a 15-year-old girl into a home and locked the door before he began groping and kissing her. She was able to escape.
The suspect now faces aggravated kidnapping and aggravated indecent liberties charges.
