Scott Co. voters approve nursing home improvements

SCOTT COUNTY, Kansas – Scott County residents have voted in favor of expanding and renovating a local nursing home.

Park Lane Nursing Home will now get improvements, including a new kitchen and new wing with more private rooms. Renovations will include new flooring, lighting and heating and cooling systems.

The nearly $6 million bond issue passed 906-302.
