GREAT BEND, Kansas -- The man charged with killing a 14-year-old Great Bend girl wants his trial moved out of Barton County.

Adam Longoria is accused of murdering and burning the body of Alicia DeBolt in 2010.

This week, Longoria's defense attorney filed a motion asking for a venue change.

Longoria is scheduled to stand trial in March, but the judge in the case will consider the motion and several others in a hearing February 8.

Good stinking grief! This guy is such a p*ss*! From previous stories I've read regarding this scum, could he be trying to get any further away from what happened/what the truth is?! Face the music Longoria! And get it over w/! You obviously thought you were "man" enough to do what you did to this girl so now be "man" enough to stand up for what you did!
