WICHITA, Kansas – Josh Freeman, a former football player for Kansas State University, has been signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The five-year contract was signed Friday morning. ESPN reported it is worth $36 million and includes $10.245 million in guarantees.

The 21-year-old Freeman was the 17th overall pick by the Buccaneers in the NFL draft last April.
