Emporia State University men’s basketball Coach David Moe has notified the University that he does not plan to return for the 2011-12 season. Moe just completed his tenth season at ESU.

Emporia State head football coach Garin Higgins announced the signing of 16 high school players to attend ESU and play football for the Hornets. Seven transfers that are already enrolled and taking classes at ESU were also released.
