Today's recipe comes from the kitchen of Jennifer Allred.
- 1 pkg Chocolate Chip Cookie mix (or homemade recipe)
- 1 pkg Oreo cookies
- 1 pkg/box Brownie mix (or homemade recipe)
Preheat oven to 350* F
Line square baking pan with Parchment Paper (optional)
Prepare cookie mix as directed on package and press into bottom of the pan.
Layer Oreo cookies over the chocolate chip cookies in a single layer. In an 8x8" pan you will use 16 cookies.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package and pour over the Oreo cookie layer making sure to completely cover the sandwich cookies.
Bake at 350*F for 30-35 minutes. Brownies will be soft set in the center but will firm as they cool.
Serve warm from the pan with ice cream or let cool and cut into layered squares.
