BLOOMFIELD, Illinois (WDIV) -- Ban Yaldoo wants to look good, but for this mother of two boys it goes a lot deeper than that.
"You have to stay healthy inside to feel good on the outside," said Yaldoo.
Doctor Samuel Fawaz says Yaldoo is one of his healthiest patients.
"A lot of people know what to do but frankly don't do it and when they don't do it catches up with them," said Physician Dr. Fawaz.
Doctor Fawaz says a sure sign we're aging too fast on the inside is how many younger people he is seeing with what was once thought of to be old age diseases.
"Coronary disease which is a condition you usually see in people in their late 50s 60s or 70s..I'm seeing in patients in their early 30s or 40s," said Dr. Fawaz.
People from thirty to forty years old are also developing type two diabetes.
