Lana-Leigh Bailey, an 18 month old female toddler, is 2 feet tall, 30 pounds, with light brown hair, blue eyes.
She was last seen on May 1st in Olathe, Kansas on her way to rural Franklin county with her mother, Kaylie Bailey, in black 2007 Toyota 4 door Corolla bearing Kansas Tag 618DAA, with a tag on front saying 'Shawna's toy' and duct tape on passenger side mirror.
Franklin County authorities today made a positive identification that one of three bodies found at 3197 Georgia Road, rural Ottawa Kansas residence was Kaylie Bailey.
A suspect is in custody and Kaylie's vehicle has been recovered in Emporia, Kansas but the child is still missing.
