WICHITA, Kansas - Westbound Kellogg was closed for a time east of Greenwich due to an accident Wednesday.
It happened around 11:30 a.m.
A 75-year-old man was driving a gray SUV eastbound on Kellogg just past Greenwich when he crossed the median and hit a white car with three people inside.
A 75-year-old woman in the back seat of the car was taken to Wesley where she died shortly after arriving.
A semi driving westbound was also involved.
The driver of the SUV and the other people in the white car only had minor injuries.
