Mix up your very own craft cocktail this Happy Hour, this drink combines complex flavors with herbal aromas.
La Vida Boheme
- 2 oz. Hendrick’s gin
- 1 oz. fresh lemon and lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries (set aside a few for garnish)
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- dash of absinthe
In a tall shaker, muddle blackberries and three basil leaves.
Add ice, gin, citrus juice and simple syrup. Stir well, and give one goode shake.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Float a dash of absinthe on top of drink.
Garnish with fresh basil and one or two ripe blackberries.
