RUSSELL COUNTY, Kansas - An Arkansas man is dead after a fatal car accident Saturday evening on I-70 near mile marker 201.
Henry Richardson, 58, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was westbound when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a guardrail. The vehicle hit the north ditch and rolled on the driver's side door. Richardson was not wearing a seatbelt.
