OK well if everyone would STOP pointing fingers at the GBPD and GB Tribune they would realize that (A)the girl went missing on saturday night and that was OBVIOUSLY not in time for the Sunday morning edition, , , AND beings how there is no paper on Monday i think they did a proper job on reporting it today . . . and (B) im not disagreeing that the GBPD has its faluts but all this negative feedback and public display of discust over their actions is well known get off your buts and quit whining about what they are NOT doing and do your part to pitch in and be a good neighbor and help the family . . . im just frankly tired of all the whining while no proactive measures are being taking by the "whiners"

Larned State Hospital employees offer their thoughts and prayers to Richard and his family. Everyone hopes Alicia is quickly found alive and well.

Its a shame that the Great Bend police could have gotten the GPS location of her phone days ago. I swear the police have become completely incompetent at everything but writing tickets now days. I can't believe that the local police cared less about this girl. It took getting other agencies involved to make any progress at all. If something bad happens to this girl I hope the Great Bend police feel responsible. Actually I know they wont feel responsible. Just another mere civilian, they only care about their own..

If she was seen leaving the house I would think that she knew at least one of the people that she was going to be with. Hope they check her phone records and online pages to see who she has been talking to. Hopefully she will be found alive and well.

Great Bend Police Department at it's finest. They don't care about nothing but getting drunk, talking on there cell phones and playing computer games in their cars. They aren't here for the people of Great Bend. There is only a couple of police officers that are worth a darn! Shame on GB Tribune for not putting anything in the paper I guess they would rather put 2 page articles about CKMC rather than the things that really matter like missing children. I pray for the family!

I am Alicia's sister and I agree with both of you. The police have not been much help. Today the KBI got things done. We are still waiting on phone records. We were also hoping to get a emergency phone gps scan. Now her phone is dead so we will never be able to track it. I know kids run away but she didn't. She is beautiful and someone took advantage of her. So we need all the info we can get. Get this out there my baby sister needs us. Thanks to everyone who is helping

I hope she's ok - and I hope even more that some sick F*ck didn't do anything to her. I swear to God, capital punishment is not enough for people like that

I know why not put in GB Tribune, GBPD didn't do much til last night. They assumed she ran away so not highly worried. I am close to situation and it does not appear to be runaway, didn't take anything but clothe on her back and cell phone (which has not been used at all, 14 y/o girl not using phone, suspicious I'd say). If running away you would think she would take some clothe (just did lots of school clother shopping Saturday before she disappeared).
