HUTCHINSON, Kansas - Police in
Hutchinson have charged 18-year old Brigit Hippen for the alleged death of her daughter Karina Perez last month.
Investigators say the child died from hypothermia and thermal injuries which they believe were caused by a blow dryer.
Her bond has been set at $25,000.
