WICHITA, Kansas – Officials are releasing the names of the two victims killed in a car crash early Thursday morning near Haysville.
Authorities say shortly before 1 a.m. a 1993 Chevy Camaro ran a red light at 63
rd St. S. and Hydraulic and struck a tractor-trailer traveling north on Broadway. The driver of the car, 19-year-old Colton Emerson, was ejected before it caught fire. The passenger, 25-year-old Beau Blake, was pinned in the burning car. Both men died at the scene.
Blake and Emerson were both from Haysville. Toxicology reports are pending.
