WICHITA, Kansas - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is searching for a homicide suspect believed to be in the Wichita area.
Agents are searching for Luis Octavio Frias, 29, who allegedly stabbed to death the mother of his three children in her Blackwell, Oklahoma, apartment last week.
Frias is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant.
OSBI agents have tracked Frias to being in Wichita on August 8th and 9th visiting relatives and friends. "We believe Frias is still in that area and is becoming increasingly desperate to run from authorities," Jessica Brown, OSBI Public Information Officer, says.
Frias stands 5'11" tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
If anyone has information regarding Frias' location, please call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
Bond on that first degree murder warrant is set at $5,000,000.
