WICHITA, Kansas, May 12, 2008 – Police say two-year-old Justin McElhaney was accidentally run over in the driveway of his home and died at the hospital a short time later.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. Sunday at a home near 13th and West St.

Officers say the vehicle was driven by Justin’s 18-year-old sister, but aren’t sure exactly how it happened.

Police say as of now they don’t plan to file charges in the case.
