WICHITA, Kansas, May 15, 2008 – As Wichita businessman Jim Collins was laid to rest, his accused killers appeared in court.

18-year-old Kedrin Littlejohn and 24-year-old Shannon Bogguess were formally charged with first degree murder along with aggravated charges of kidnapping, assault and robbery.

Bogguess was also charged with criminal possession of a firearm.

Investigators say on Monday morning Bogguess and Littlejohn kidnapped, shot and then ran over Collin’s body in a stolen Hummer.

Collins was the owner of Marquee Motors and Bogguess' former employer.
