WICHITA, Kansas, May 17, 2008 - A Saturday morning crash sends a man to the hospital in critical condition. It happened at about 2 a.m. in the 1200 block of North River Boulevard.

Officers say he apparently lost control of his car and hit a tree. Emergency crews took the 29-year-old man to Via Christi St. Francis.

The victim is expected to recover. Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
