Hutch police rule shooting a suicide

HUTCHINSON, Kansas, May 19, 2008 – Hutchinson police have ruled a shooting on Saturday a suicide.

Officers found 18-year-old Melissa Wilson with a gunshot wound to her stomach at an apartment complex on E. 33rd St.

Wilson died hours later. Police say it was a suicide.
