WICHITA, Kansas - Several were injured in an accident Thursday.
It happened just after 1 p.m. near K-96 and Rock Road.
A red Jeep and blue Honda were traveling westbound on K-96 when they got too close to each other. The Jeep lost control and crossed the median.
A black F-250, that was pulling a trailer eastbound, was hit by the red Jeep. Both crashed and spun in the median.
Seat belts were in use but all four people had serious injuries.
Eastbound K-96 near Rock Road was closed for several hours as crews work to clean up the accident, but all roads were back open shortly after 3 p.m.
