Boy, 12, accused of sex crimes with 6-year-olds

SALINA, Kansas, July 23, 2008 (AP) - Salina police say they have arrested a 12-year-old boy accused of sex crimes involving three 6-year-old boys.

The child was charged Monday with aggravated criminal sodomy stemming from the alleged incidents.

Deputy Salina Police Chief Carson Mansfield said the incidents took place July 9 in Salina. Mansfield said the boys were acquaintances.

The names of the 12-year-old and the other boys were not released.
