WICHITA, Kansas, September 8, 2008 – Wichita police are investigating a shooting that happened just before 11 p.m. Sunday night.

A 58-year-old woman  was multiple times in the stomach and arm during a robbery in her home in the 1600 block of S. Fern. She managed to call family members who called police. She was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police say it’s still early in their investigation and so far, no arrests have been made.
