Hutch teens admit to setting fires

HUTCHINSON, Kansas, October 10, 2008 – Hutchinson police made two arrests in a string of arsons Friday.

Officers spotted 19-year-old Mason Kincaid and 20-year-old Justin Branscom walking down the street around 3 a.m. Friday along with the smell of smoke in the area.

Police took them both in for questioning where they admitted to the fire. They also admitted to starting a fire Wednesday morning and one in September that destroyed a garage.
