ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas - Arkansas City police busted an underage drinking party.
It happened Thursday at 12:26 a.m.
Officers were dispatched to a possible disturbance in the 400 block of North Summit Street.
Officers arrived and located those involved at a home in the 500 block of North A Street.
Police found a 19-year-old man, who was under the influence of alcohol, leaving the home.
Attempts were made to contact others inside.
Officers applied for and received a search warrant.
Three others, ages 18 to 20, were arrested or cited for consuming alcohol.
