WICHITA, Kansas – Wichita city officials on Thursday received a tour of the new $160 million terminal at Wichita’s Mid-Continent Airport.
Last September, crews broke ground on the project.
City leaders today received another sneak peek at the work in progress.
The terminal will feature the city’s rich aviation history and offer a brand new parking garage.
The terminal will replaces the old one, which was built in 1954.
Construction is supposed to wrap up in March of 2015.
The airport is set to open the following month.
