WICHITA, Kansas -- Wichita police say a Dollar General store in the 2000 block of East 21st was robbed around 8:45pm Monday.
A clerk at the register says a man entered, indicated he had a gun and demanded money.
The clerk complied and gave him a small amount of cash.
The man was described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds.
He was wearing a black coat, blue jeans and black bandanna.
Police in the area responded quickly, but the suspect was able to get away.
