KANSAS CITY, Kansas -- A Kansas City woman died after she fell from a party bus during a bachelorette party, Kansas Highway Patrol said Saturday.
Jamie Frecks, 26, was one of 17 passengers riding in a Ford Econoline E450 bus headed northbound on Interstate 35 near Southwest Boulevard, when she fell out of the emergency door just before 10 p.m.
Frecks was hit by three other northbound vehicles before she was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
She died a short time later.
Only one of the three vehicles that struck Frecks stopped on scene.
The incident is still under investigation.
