WICHITA, Kansas -- Wichita police say they are looking for a man who stole a pair of shoes from the Walmart in the 6100 block of West Kellogg.
It happened Monday evening.
According to authorities, employees at the store noticed the man putting his old shoes into a box on the shelf.
He then went to the sporting goods area, where he opened a BB gun and a knife.
When he was attempting to leave the store, employees confronted him near the front door.
He pointed the knife and ran.
Police are looking at surveillance video to see if they can identify the suspect.
The employees at the store were not injured in the attack.
