Rose Hill woman serves country from kitchen

Since 2005, Merry Debbrecht estimates she's made more than 200,000 cookies, sending them all overseas to serving soldiers.

Thank you Merry, Sharon, Ruth and Evelyn. As one of the soldier that receive these cookies from the ladies I want to say how wonderful we feel to be on the receiving end of such great support and kindness. These ladies go the extra mile to let the soldiers know that the people back home have not forgotten us. Your kindness will always be remembered by the soldiers.
