WICHITA, Kansas - About 100 Wichita residences will be without water service Tuesday night, while Wichita Water Utilities officials repair a water main break on Topeka between Mt. Vernon and Harry.
The water main break, which occurred about 4 p.m. Tuesday, has reduced water pressure in the affected area and caused the shutdown of a traffic lane on South Topeka.
City officials expect the repairs to be completed around midnight.
