very well put thumper. he has admitted that he did it because he did abortions. plus there was witnesses. I am one to believe everyone is innocent til proven guilty. Unfortunately, in this case 1)there were witnesses, 2) he is proud of what he did. But I have to admit, the way you worded it was awesome. We, all, believe different things in life. But just because your beliefs are different, doesnt give anyone the right to kill another.

I don't believe that Roeder actually confessed to pulling the trigger and killing Tiller. He said pretty much everything but. I also believe that he has yet to enter a plea. In that sense, there has been no confession or admission of guilt. However, the judge can and did restrict who Roeder could have contact with (in this case the Tiller family and the other people he allegedly threatened in the church where Tiller was killed). I would suppose that the judge could further restrict who Roeder has contact with if the judge feels that are mitigating circumstances. Some other facts are: 1) wheter you agree with it or not, Tiller was performing legal abortions. Acquitted on all charges ever leveled against him. 2) What Roeder allegedly did is VERY illegal. If he is found guilty, there is NO question that he is a killer. In fact, he could be considered a baby killer himself considering that if Tiller was planning on having more children, Roeder effectively murdered all future offspring of Tiller. IMO, you can follow whatever conviction of the heart and mind you feel is necessary to fulfill your religious beliefs BUT when it comes to infringing on the right of others to follow their own convictions, you have crossed a very important line. No religion gives anyone the right (at least in this country...so far to date) to force, by any means, their religious beliefs on anyone who does not wish to follow those beliefs. So, if you don't care for abortions, then don't participate in them. Become a member of whatever church and/or organization that believes the same. Witness to those who want to listen but don't hound those you disagree with. Don't hate them. Don't pray for evil things to happen to them. Don't rejoice in their misfortune. There is nothing Christian about any of that.

lol exhort, thank you for the amazing reading. I'm amazed at how you compare Hilter in this comment. As for prisoners in jail or the Pen. Unfortunately, there are some in there that are innocent. And they have a right to keep proving their innocents. On the other hand, Roeder is guilty by his own words and admission. So, how do you see he is innocent. And again, you bring up a topic that isnt in this post. I see you only as a person who is a wannabee, from your own posts...you wish you had the guts. As my right, I don't think anyone should be allowed to spend out mail that harassing, threatening people. His mail will help only seal his faith. So you take your bleeding heart and preach to another choir. I stand firm on that this man lost his rights as everyone should when you commit a murder. Now, since I sincerely think all you're going to bring up is the babies. I will not comment anymore to your posts. So say what you want.

Onlooker. Again you desire to remove a mans rights based on how you apply the law. Roeder is still "presumed innocent till proven guilty" in court. He did not lose all his rights "the moment he pulled the trigger" as you would like to believe. Even if he is convicted, people in prison get to mail letters. Do you want to stop all inmates from having communication rights? By the way, Hitler tried that! As for my "speech box" as long as "baby killers and their supporters", like you, are tainting the world I and many others will be there. You look at Mr. Roeder as the monster, I look at abortionists and their supporters and see monsters. I am not a big fan of Mr. Roeder, but I am glad Tillers killing spree is over. As for your so called quote of me- "u wished you had the guts to do what he did"- you are straight out lying because you know I never said any such thing. But then you abortion fanatics are good at lying. Now onlooker, every time you post you either say how smart you are or how dumb the others are. People that try to show their intelligents by attacking the intelligents of others are generally seen as lacking any real intelligents. but hey, look as dumb as you wish!

Mr Exhort, this man you so righteously defend murdered someone. And in his own words, he has admitted it. So, he, himself has said he is guilty. And I never defended anyone. I defended against anyone going and killing another human being because we don't believe in their beliefs. Now, get off your little speech box. And have a conversation instead of attempting to start arguments. Everyone has their own views. What makes America so great. Mr. Roeder lost his rights when he pulled that trigger. And calling another abortionist killer an American Hero, is a sign of a very disturbed man. And not allowing each one of the citizens to have their opinion on this thought is no more than the people of third world leader who tells when to kill because your views aren't the same. I realize you're a big fan of mr. Roeder, so again I say to you look at the act that he did. It doesn't matter what that man did.. Mr. Roeder killed someone. Just like a wife killing a wife beater, or sexual offender killing a child. They were monsters. But we can't take the law into our own hands, and start killing. That is wrong. In your little pea size brain you can't seem to understand that. Most people are innocent before guilty..but not when the person himself is saying he did it and proud of it. but then if i remember correctly, u wished you had the guts to do what he did. You didnt have the guts so instead you sit here and thing your words mean anything. They do, a nice good laugh on stupidity from a wantabee.

If you are saying you think Mr. Roeder should be refused his right to mail letters from his cell you are spitting in the face of innocent till proven guilty supporters. Oh that's right "onlooker" and the rest of the "Tiller the baby killer" supporters believe in killing innocents. Those of you that support abortion and want to remove "Innocent until proven guilty" from our legal system are the real monsters in our society.

My only question regarding this man. Why is KSN even giving him the time of day let alone publishing what he is writing. The jail should be shutting this type of mail going out or at the very least the news shouldn't be giving him the attention that he looking for. Giving a killer the spotlight is like giving him the green light that what he did was acceptable.
