ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas -- Three people were arrested early Wednesday morning for burglary from the Arkansas City Pizza Hut.
It happened just after midnight.
Officers were called to the restaurant after several people could be seen entering the building.
When officers arrived, they found three people inside, two of those people were employees.
Police say all three had been drinking beer inside the restaurant.
Pizza Hut management was notified.
They informed officers that no one was to be in the restaurant after hours.
All three were arrested for various charges of burglary, theft, minor in consumption, and hosting an alcohol party.
They were booked into the Cowley County Jail.
