Cowley coach continues in wake of tragedy

WICHITA, Kansas, May 14, 2008 -- Cowley’s Dave Burroughs was named Jayhawk East Baseball Coach of the Year Thursday.

It might seem like just another honor for a guy with more than 800 career wins and two National Championships, but this season is different after a personal tragedy two days after the Tiger’s season opener.
