TALLAHASSEE, Florida, June 5, 2008 -- Wichita State looks to upset the second-ranked team in Baseball America’s poll.  At 52-11, Florida State has the most wins in the nation.  The Seminoles are making their eighth appearance in a NCAA super regional, although they have lost their last seven super regional games.

The game also matches the second and third-most winningest coaches in the college baseball history, with WSU’s Gene Stephenson (1652 wins) and FSU’s Mike Martin (1536 wins).  Stephenson is 4-2 all-time against Martin and the Seminoles.

Rob Musgrave, 11-1 with a 2.21 ERA, pitches the opener against Florida State’s Elih Villanueva, who is 7-2 with a 3.61 ERA.
