WICHITA, Kansas, July 2, 2008 -- Wichita Country Club will host the 100th anniversary Kansas State Amateur tournament, July 14-20.  The club hosted the first-ever State Amateur in 1908.  This will be the 98th tournament, with the tournament not held during World War II.
