In game one, Wichita beat Gary 2 to 1. Abel Nieves double in thee bottom of the seventh scored Brent Clevlen with the winning run.
Nick Walters earned the victory throwing a scoreless seventh inning.
In the nightcap, Gary SouthShore got revenge with 10 to 5 decision. The Cats score from the second to the sixth inning to win the seven inning contest.
