Salina Siren Blown Down Monday, Aug. 10

  This Salina storm siren blew down during the Monday, August tenth hurricane-force winds that damaged most of Salina.  Located between the 1100 block of Republic Circle and the river levee, the siren left an impact in the ground where it hit, breaking it loose from the pole top.
