Kellogg Accidents Ice storms February 21 2008 Teen drivers

This is what happens when unexperienced or under experienced young drivers are allowed to drive in wether such as todays. This particular individual was driving way too fast for road conditions. This happened on Kellogg just west of Greenwich at approximately 11:30am. Good thing it was not about 1 hour later as Kellogg is packed at that time of day. Thankfully nobody was injured.
