Location: Shallow Water Kansas

No wind or rain accompanied the storm as it sat almost stationary over Shallow Water tonight. Others who lived on the ourskirts of town complained of very high winds and hail but the town of Shallow Water was calm and quiet. It was almost erie as if the storm was scared to pass over.
In the twenty-three years I've lived here I have never seen anything like it. It passed over after sitting still for 30 minutes and only sprinkled a few drops.
