This was taken near 2nd & West street in Wichita at approx. 10:50 pm on the backside of the storm that was heading (south)east.

This is a comment onto my own video! There is no sound because there was absolutely no crackling of lightning nor thunder during this which is what made is even more weird! Cindy Lou!
