KSN Meteorologist
Ronelle Williams is the Weekday Morning Meteorologist at KSNW-TV.
Mr. Williams was born and raised in Rochester, NY. From collecting newspaper clippings of severe weather events around the country to always catching the forecast from the local Meteorologist, his love for Meteorology started in the early years of grade school. As time progressed, you would find Mr. Williams at the library or watching storm chaser VHS tapes. Education was the next step as he achieved his B.S. in Meteorology. His first job as a Weekend Meteorologist soon followed and he left Rochester for St. Joseph, MO in 2014.
In 2016, Mr. Williams was awarded the Certified Broadcast Meteorologist designation by the American Meteorological Society. It was also during this time that he accepted a Weekend Meteorologist position in Kansas City, MO. Mr. Williams’s familiarity and interest in the diverse weather that Kansas receives is what brought him to KSNW in July 2018. And he’s excited to use his passion for weather to serve Wichita and all of Kansas to the fullest.
Mr. Williams considers himself a foody and loves to check out different restaurants and diners. If you see him out and about, feel free to say hi. And bring any weather questions his way too!
