I had the pleasure of visiting such a nice and warm bakery in the town of Marion, Kansas. I spoke with Rachel Collett, the owner of CB Baked Goods and talked with her about how she makes her delicious bierocks. The dough takes several hours but once it’s done, she puts the filling of hamburger, onions and cabbage in it and then it all bakes together. Most people just eat one but I had a hard time not eating a second! She also makes a spinach and ham version, a breakfast version and many more! She said she has made over 40,000 bierocks!
