We took a trip to McPherson, KS today to hear from our friends at Midway Motors. Service Director Clint Thomas took the time to explain one of the most convenient new elements of a service appointment at Midway called I Service. It was introduced a few months ago and customers have been raving about it ever since. What I Service does is provide a complete video of the customer’s car with a highly qualified technician explaining everything they see. They will check different things like the transmission, brake fluid, windshield wipers, air filters, coolant the oil and more. They’ll let you know the status. After the customer receives and views the video, they can text the technician and let them know the services they would like to have done or services they would like to schedule to be completed at a later date. Next, you can bring your car in for service and Midway will even drive you back to work or where you need to be, with a complete shuttle service. Midway Motors aims to make the service appointment experience convenient and effective for the customers.
